On the fateful day when Nora MacDonald (Joy Tanner)and George Venturi (John Ralston) decided to get married and merge their families, there was one little detail they overlooked their two Type A 15-year-olds. Derek Venturi (Michael Seater) and Casey MacDonald (Ashley Leggat) don't find their own genetic siblings a threat, but when they are forced to live together, Derek and Casey find themselves in a take-noprisoners fight for control of their house, their school and their world. It may take some time for everyone to adjust to Life with Derek.
